相隔兩個月，沁源義工于2023年10 月18日又再踏上前往西盟之路，上次8月目的是篩選申請資助的大學生，今次為新一屆「沁源劉燕良希望班」進行開班禮。各人從早上八時多出門，經過十四小時的行程，𨍭乘三種交通工具，終於在當天晚上十一時抵達目的地：雲南省普洱市西盟佤族自治縣。 第二天早上參加「沁源劉燕良希望班」開班禮，捐資者雖未能親身到場，也透過義工贈給同學們十個座右銘，寄望他們用心學習，做個有用的人。沁源副主席張念斯女士，雲南青基會及西盟共青團市委代表也勉勵同學要努力不懈，他日學有所成，回饋家鄉、回報國家。同學們也送上一曲「明天會更好」讓大家知道他們明天會更好。 封關四年未有機會見面，今次把握時機與同學們多多互動，開班禮過後，沁源義工分組跟同學探討各種他們迫切問題，如「文理分科如何選擇」「學習技巧」「如何減壓」「增強記憶法」，大家分享經驗以作參考，也令他們在繄張課堂之間鬆一鬆，亦讓沁源義工多了解國內現有學制及學習情況。 今次行程順道家訪沁源資助的高中生，團隊於第三天兵分兩隊出發，到訪翁嘎科鎮，力所鄉，岳宋鄉共十六戶，實地了解同學們的家庭狀況，亦希望藉此鼓勵家長支持同學專心學習，圓夢大
