In 2019, Joe and Emmy Liu embarked on a mission to leverage technological innovations for human well-being by establishing the Joe & Emmy Liu Foundation. Our journey began by addressing the challenges posed by rising healthcare costs and the 2020 pandemic.

We responded by launching a Healthy Lifestyle App and producing a series of motivational videos aimed at helping individuals enhance their personal health through positive habit changes. During this period, we also contributed to combating the opioid crisis by fighting against fentanyl and initiated numerous campaigns to promote public health.

We recognize that, in order to significantly reduce healthcare expenditures and prevent chronic diseases, the nation must bridge the gap between traditional healthcare and digital health. To improve patient outcomes, we must focus on driving the adoption of preventive care technology.

We believe in the transformative power of mobile ECG and telemetry technology to revolutionize preventive health. These tools can empower healthcare providers with AI-driven insights, allowing them to predict and address potential health issues before they become critical. This proactive approach can save lives and resources, creating a more efficient and effective healthcare system.
