What Are Healthy Ways To Gain Weight?

According to one study, being underweight was associated with a 140% greater risk of early death in men, and 100% in women. In comparison, obesity was associated with a 50% greater risk of early death, indicating that being underweight maybe even worse for your health.

So how should you gain weight naturally?

When gaining weight, you should not be eating junk food. Eating unhealthy food will ass pounds but not be the source of a healthy weight gain. Most of the weight will end up around your belly, which puts you at risk for diabetes and heart disease.

Eat healthy foods to build muscle like protein-rich foods. It can be difficult for some people to gain weight. That’s because your body has a certain setpoint of weight where it feels comfortable.
